2. Non-Monetization and Service Status

As of the "Last Updated" date, InTrack HK is operated as a free-to-use platform.

• No Fees: The Service is currently provided free of charge. We do not charge subscription fees, application fees, or listing fees.
• Future Changes: We reserve the right to monetize or formalize our business structure in the future, at which point these Terms will be updated and users will be notified.

3. Eligibility

To use InTrack:

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the explicit permission of a parent or guardian.
• You must be legally permitted to access online services under the laws of Hong Kong or your specific jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts and Responsibility

When you create an account, you agree that:

• The information provided is accurate and belongs to you.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide misleading information or engage in abusive behavior.

6. Internship Listings and Third-Party Links

InTrack aggregates information from publicly accessible sources (company career pages, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Independence: Unless explicitly stated, InTrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the companies listed.
• Trademarks: All company names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on InTrack is for referential and informational purposes only.
• Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy or "live" status of any listing. Employers may withdraw roles or change deadlines without notice. You are responsible for verifying all details on the employer's official portal before applying.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The design, code, branding, and layout of InTrack are owned by InTrack HK. You may not reproduce or distribute our original content without written permission.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of any personal notes or application data you input into "My Tracker." By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

We collect only the information necessary to provide the tracking service (e.g., email, application notes). Detailed information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Hong Kong law:

• "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided without any warranties, express or implied.
• No Liability for Outcomes: We are not liable for any failed applications, missed deadlines, or the conduct of any employer listed on the site.
• Limited Liability: Since this is a free service, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to HKD $0. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as "loss of opportunity").

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
